D365 Business Central · International ERP delivery

Dynamics 365 Business Central Program Manager.

Pragmatic program management for organisations implementing, scaling or regaining control of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across entities, countries and vendors.

01 The assignment

An ERP program must connect technology, process and ownership.

A Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation affects far more than the platform. Finance, sales, operations, reporting, integrations, local requirements and vendor responsibilities all meet in one program—and every unresolved dependency can slow down the whole rollout.

I bring these moving parts into one delivery model. The work starts with a realistic integrated plan, explicit decision rights and clear business ownership. From there, governance is used to solve issues: prioritise changes, control scope, challenge vendors and keep entities aligned on what must be common and what genuinely needs to remain local.

My role can cover an implementation, a recovery phase, optimisation after go-live or the transition from project delivery into a stable support and improvement organisation.

01

Program structure

Build an integrated roadmap across entities, process streams, data, integrations, testing, cutover and operational readiness.

02

Business ownership

Create clear decision forums and make process owners accountable for priorities, acceptance and adoption—not only the IT team.

03

Vendor and scope control

Manage implementation partners and suppliers against outcomes, dependencies and transparent commitments while keeping change under control.

04

Go-live and operations

Prepare cutover, support, governance and the improvement backlog so delivery continues after the implementation team steps back.

02 Relevant proof

A multi-country Business Central program brought back into focus.

In a recent international FMCG assignment, clearer decision structures, sharper prioritisation and stronger business ownership supported a Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout across several countries, entities and vendors.
