I'm Justin Vissers. I like stepping into situations where a lot is happening at once—ambitious plans, multiple vendors, strong opinions and a business that still has to keep moving. My role is to make that complexity manageable: get the right people around the table, make choices explicit and keep delivery moving.
I don't believe every problem needs a new framework. I ask direct questions, listen carefully and build only the structure the situation needs. That is how I work with executives, specialists and operational teams alike.
